July 24th at 3p.m. Bishop Gardin will be preaching at Steele Creek AME Zion church for their Anniversary. The OEG-VOP choir is singing.
July 30th: Bishop Gardin will be preaching at Fisher Hill Baptist Church in Cheraw, SC at 7pm. Please make sure you sign up if you plan to attend.
The EMBC Young Adult Ministry is sponsoring a Service and Celebration Raffle with 3 chances to win.
Congratulations to Ms. Beverley Hamilton and Ms. Rose Gates for winning the service drawings for their free car wash. There is one drawing left which will be held on the 5th Sunday.
This last and final drawing is the Sowing drawing for a $25 Wal-Mart Gift Card or a mystery prize.
As a bonus, each winner of the two service drawings has received an additional 10 entries for the last drawing. Tickets are $2 each and will be available for purchase Friday, July 29th. Please contact Minister LaKierra Johnson at the church office to purchase tickets.
July 29: 7:30 p.m. the Youth Praise Team is going to minister at The River in Charlotte, NC. Please make plans to attend.
Ongoing: The Missionaries would like to thank you all for the flip-flops that have been donated so far. Collection of toiletries and flip-flops is ongoing until October 15th and all sizes are welcome.
Ongoing: Our transportation ministry is seeking four (4) additional van drivers. Please see Mr. Bush, or Mr. Sanwell Huntley if you are interested or would like more information.

Ongoing: The Missionary Ministry is asking for can and dry goods for our food pantry. Canned and dry goods may be brought to the church office with good expiration dates, in order for us to be a blessing to the sick and shut in as well as people in the community. You may bring the items to the office from 9:00am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday. Thank you.

Mr. Gradon Winfield is at Elizabethan Garden Nursing Home, & Mrs. Florine Norwood and Ms. Jewel Tingle are at Brookdale Assisted Living Center.
Please continue to keep the Wimberly family in your prayers as they prepare for the Homegoing Service of Deacon Ezekiel Kevin Wimberly. The delegation of members traveling with the EMBC will be leaving Wednesday morning at 6:00 am. 11:00am in Williston, SC. Members will be leaving EMBC at 6am on Wednesday morning.
